This forecast calculator is for scenarios where the land and build settle separately (known as land only finance with a construction loan). If your loan approval is on the basis of land and build settling simultaneously please contact us so we can explain the overall process and how to navigate that.
The completions section is managed with one of two methods, either paid directly or paid via loan. This calculator accounts for both methods. You can use the Edit Details button at the top of the results page to go back and change this to see how it affects the outcome toward the end of the build.
